Justin Bush

Justin Bush envisioned building a law practice rooted in the Suffolk community that would rival firms across Tidewater in both talent and results. In 2014, as founding partner, Mr. Bush joined with Fred Taylor to establish Bush & Taylor, P.C. Over a decade later, the firm he created continues to build upon those core values of dedication to clients and a steadfast commitment to the community.

Beginning in January 2026, Mr. Bush stepped back from his role as Managing Partner of the firm but continues to serve in an “Of Counsel” capacity. Due to this, Mr. Bush is no longer accepting new clients and is not actively practicing law.

A Virginia native, Mr. Bush is an honor graduate of Virginia Tech and a graduate of Regent University School of Law. His commitment to the Hampton Roads community has remained unwavering throughout his career. Known for a sharp legal mind, thoughtful counsel, and an unyielding commitment to justice, Mr. Bush has consistently approached each matter with professionalism and care. Whether navigating complex legal issues, mentoring younger attorneys, or advocating tirelessly for clients, Mr. Bush built a reputation defined by legal excellence, sound judgment, fairness, and principled leadership.
